# Introduction

QuaiMark was developed and built for everyone. In particular, QuaiMark evaluates Creators as the center of the platform.

Therefore, QuaiMark has many features to help Creators who don’t have any coding knowledge to create NFTs and create a collection in the fastest and simplest way.

Moreover, QuaiMark always respects the “creativity” value of the artistic products that Creators create.

# Create NFT

You can create your own NFT and your collections without any coding knowledge by using these tools on QuaiMark.

When you hover or click on the Create button in the header, you can choose to Create collection or Create NFTs.

# Create Collection

You can deploy your own QRC-721 NFT collection with our intuitive contract creation and deployment tools.

Fill in necessary information on the Create Collection screen to deploy a smart contract, which will enable you to create your new collection.

* **Step 1:** Go to <https://quaimark.com/collection/deploy-contract>
* **Step 2**: Add a logo image, contract name, token symbol and chain for your contract.
* **Step 3**: Click Create collection.

# Create NFTs

You can mint additional QRC-721 NFTs to grow your collection.

Step 1: Go to <https://quaimark.com/collection/mint>

Step 2: Upload your NFT’s media you want to create.

Step 3: Select the collection you’d like to mint your NFT into or you can create a new collection to add your new NFT to this one.

Step 4: Fill in necessary information such as your name, description. Then add Attributes to your NFT.

Step 5: Click Create NFT and you’ve just minted your new NFT.

# Royalty

Non-fungible token (NFT) royalties, or NFT royalties, are fees that are paid to the original creator of the NFT in exchange for the use of that creator's property. In other words, it's a way for the NFT artist to bring in money after the initial sale, paid for by the buyer.

QuaiMark allows creators to vary royalties from ***0% -10%*** depending on the creator's strategy to attract traders.

QuaiMark charges:

* 5% taker fee
* 0% maker fee (rebate!) 🎉

The taker fee will be shared with users contributing to QuaiMark through the number of QM Points users earn. There will be a leaderboard that shows your ranking.

In addition to platform fees, there are also royalty fees \[0% - 10%] from creators.

# Stake/Unstake

Stake NFT to get invitation code.

After you complete Staked OG NFT, you will receive a code to invite friends to join the QuaiMark.

**Note the following information:**

1. The ref code will appear as soon as you complete staking the NFT (but you are still in inactive state - have not received QM Points. You wait 24 hours then the status will be active.)
2. After you unstake the NFT, you can withdraw it after 3 days. After you withdraw the NFT, the status of ref points will change from active to inactive.

## Stake

1. Buy OG NFT from QuaiMark.
2. Profile --> Stake NFT
3. Select NFT --> Confirm Stake

2. you choose Unlock.

QuaiMark is a marketplace for everyone, so there will be many programs with the purpose of encouraging users to contribute.

QuaiMark will use QuaiMark (QM) Points to evaluate users' contributions.

# The Leaderboard

A large table to display the ranking of traders contributing to QuaiMark in terms of trading volume, staked QuaiMark Genesis NFT and invited friends via a referral link.

This leaderboard is not a winners list. Users will receive QM points according to their contribution.

The trading volume can be used to check what whales have been accumulating (and possibly dumping), while the 1d and 7d, buy and sell activity shows what whales have been trading.
